2012-2013 Lowcountry grant recipients
April 1, 2012Lowcountry Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure annually accepts applications for breast health and/or breast cancer education, outreach, treatment support, or screening projects targeting services not otherwise available to the medically-underserved populations of Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Beaufort, Berkley, Calhoun, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Florence, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Marion, Orangeburg and Williamsburg counties in South Carolina. Grants are available up to one (1) year. More than $4 million has been awarded in grants throughout our 17-county area since 2001.
