Directions:
From Charleston toward Summerville on I-26, take exit 205B. Turn right at the stoplight onto Medical Plaza Drive. Proceed past Trident Regional Hospital and turn left into a parking lot with 3 one-story buildings that resemble a "pizza hut" building, all with copper roofs.

Park in front of the middle building with the number 9302 on its facade. Trident Health Finders is located in front of the building. Walk around to the back of the building - our signage is beside the door - and ring the doorbell!
