INDIVIDUAL PLEDGE PRIZES

Friend Level: Earn $250 in pledges for a "Friend" and get a Dick's Sporting Goods Gift Certificate for $20.

Promise Level: Collect $500 in pledges and keep the "Promise" that we're dedicated and committed to finding the cure, and get a $40 gift certificate to TBONZ.

Hope Level: Earn $1,000 and keep the "Hope" for a cure alive, and get a pair of New Balance shoes.

Empower Level: Raise $2,500 in pledges to "Empower" people and insure quality care for all, and get a $150 Apple gift certificate for a Pink Apple iPod Nano.

Cure Level: Raise $5,000 in pledge money and show you are confident a "Cure" is near, and receive a Pink Digital Camera from Belk Department Stores.

Grand Prize: Awarded to the top individual raising the most contributions through the pledge program (minimum of $5,000). Top fundraiser will receive the opportunity to recognize an individual in their life who has battled breast cancer. This individual will be able to include their "In Memory Of" or "In Honor Of" recognition on the back of the 2012 Race t-shirts. Also, the individual will receive tickets to the Ellen DeGeneres Show on ABC.

TIPS ON SUBMITTING PLEDGE CHECKS

The Race participant's name must be written in the memo section of each check to be eligible for individual pledge prizes. All individual pledges will count toward your team goal. If you have any questions, please call (843) 556-3343 or e-mail race@komenlowcountry.org.

FUNDRAISING TIPS

• Encourage team members to set individual goals.
• Fundraise online at www.komenlowcountry.org - the captain and co-captain are given access to a team fundraising page. They can insert photos, inspirational stories and videos that can be e-mailed to friends and family.
• Ask friends, family and local merchants to contribute.
• Find out if your company has a matching gifts program.
• Use incentives to boost competition among team members.
• Remind your team members of our fabulous individual pledge prize program.
